Your role:

We have two Graduate ICT opportunities located in Brisbane and Canberra.

Your role:

• The ICT Graduate Engineering role is responsible for, the design, configuration, deployment, commissioning and on-going support of ICT infrastructure. This includes Networks, Virtual Environment infrastructure and a focus on Cyber Security and IoT.
• Support ICT infrastructure and connected services (Server, Storage, Network, Virtual Platforms), Enterprise Applications (Honeywell Software: EBI, DVM, EM), and ELV Integration at both new and existing client sites.
  Develop site-specific documentation including configuration, engineering, O&M, testing and commissioning manuals and procedures.
• Diagnose complex problems, tuning to improve performance, maintaining and supporting the underlying infrastructure.
• Monitoring of network and system intrusions, provision of switch and router configuration management.

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering)
• Basic experience of ICT industry technologies such as MCSA/MCSE (Microsoft), VCP (VMware), CA (Citrix) or similar.
• Basic understanding of virtualisation and Operational Technology systems such as BMS, Security and CCTV.
• A definable passion for technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
