🌊 Marine Operations & Logistics Specialist – Offshore Wind 🌊
📍 Location: London (with substantial WFH)
Contract Length: 12 Months (Potential Extension)
💰 Excellent Day Rate – Ltd Company, Outside IR35
Are you an experienced Marine Specialist with a strong background in offshore construction, vessel coordination, and logistics? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major offshore wind project on a long-term contract, offering an outstanding day rate on an outside IR35 basis.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee marine operations for offshore wind farm construction
✅ Manage vessel coordination, logistics, and personnel transport
✅ Ensure compliance with marine regulations and offshore safety standards
✅ Support the installation of wind turbines, subsea cables, and foundations
✅ Conduct risk assessments and implement HSE best practices
✅ Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors
What You Need:Offshore wind or offshore oil & gas experience (oil & gas transition welcomed!)
✔ Strong background in marine logistics, vessel operations, or offshore construction
✔ Relevant marine and offshore safety certifications, such as:
  • GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) or BOSIET
  • STCW Certification (if vessel-based)
  • ENG1 Seafarer Medical Certificate
    ✔ Knowledge of marine regulations, weather planning, and risk management
    ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
