Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager - Application Engineering and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to design and select the best product for our clients. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers and technical queries.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.
• To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.
• To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.
• To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
• To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in the control valve industry (required).
• A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field with hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
