We are looking for a HSEE Preventer - Major Maintenance for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Route de Haslach, Saint-Avold, France

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Initially 6 months, possibility of extension up to more than 6 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

Skills required:

• Competence in PDP risk analysis
• Knowledge of the rules of the art on the trades of scaffolders, insulators, fitters, mechanics, pipefitters, welders, boilermakers, electricians;
• Knowledge of the rules of the art on lifting operations, work at height, work in hot spots, work on energy systems, work in confined spaces, work with hazardous substances, excavation work (company rules will be transmitted and to be applied).
• Trained in OHS, H0 B0 (electrical) accredited, aware of the risk of Legionella

Specific Skills:

• Lifting: competence for planning a lifting operation, for the technical validation of lifting records, for verifying the conformity and state of conservation of lifting equipment and for monitoring operations. The CPLO training is a plus (CPLO = Competent Person Lifting Operations).
• Scaffolding: competence for the initial acceptance of scaffolding.

Main missions:

Phase 1 - Preparation

• Assistance in the drafting of an HSE manual revision 2025
• Assistance in the preparation of the 2025 revision operation plan
• Assistance with PdP risk analysis
• Assistance in the development of a scaffolding listing and the expression of needs

Phase 2 - Follow-up during the review

• Carrying out site visits, awareness-raising actions (prevention), accident analysis if necessary
• Participation in coordination meetings
• Support of the HSE manager for meetings and analyses
