On behalf of a major oil and gas operator, I am searching for a Site Construction Lead to join them on a rotation (8/2) to Uganda on a long term contract for a large greenfield cross-country pipeline construction.

Role:

• Reviewing of AGI construction documentations – including implementation of the detail design MTO and contribution in any required relevant up-dates.
• Managing the construction activities for Uganda Pump station 1or Pump Station 2 up to 450 construction workers at peak of mobilisation.
• Performing construction activities fully compliant with the project, IFC and countries HSE standards, business ethics, all within a zero-accident safety culture approach
• Delivering the AGI facilities within approved project construction schedule, approved budget, and integrating National Content requirements

Requirements:

• Degree: BSc (or equivalent formal qualification) in a recognised Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5-7 years in Oil &Gas Industry with similar large-scale projects
