Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.

What will you be doing?
- Lead Commissioning tasks within the project.
- Lead planning, preparation, organization, and execution of Commissioning activities.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects are thoroughly assessed, planned, implemented, and followed up for all Commissioning activities.
- Participate in strategic decisions and risk management as a member of the management team.
- Establish project philosophies and strategies for Commissioning and implement them early in the design phase to facilitate Completion.
- Organize sufficient manpower for Commissioning activities at supplier, fabrication, and assembly locations.
- Monitor budget, progress, and quality of Commissioning activities.
- Establish governing documents, procedures, and work instructions as required for the project.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Bachelor/Master of Science, or technical education with extensive practical experience in commissioning and completion.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Leadership skills with good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Highly competent in Electro commissioning/completion.
- Norwegian and English language skills
