By joining us as an Engineer I, Technical Support Order Engineering, you will be responsible for validating orders for accuracy and completeness of the information and assisting the technical sales and engineering teams in the evaluation of special construction and bill of material requests. You will evaluate basic engineering specifications, compare the application with industry standards, and raise to whom it should be directed.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Identify customer documentation requirements and specifications and review customer data and documentation requirements against factory standards.
  • Enter data, orders, and items into business systems.
  • Submit requests for product model setups.
  • Advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.
  • Escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.
  • Participate in projects related to quality improvement, such as Think Customer, Quality Management System, Perfect Execution, etc.

You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Process Control, or related courses.
  • Proficiency in Materials Selection and Understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.
