The base pay range for this position is $83,800 - $105,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 30, 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Focus on New Product Introduction, encompassing related systems and manufacturing processes. Directly involved in Tollgate processes for new product and process launches.
- Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment. This includes responsibilities typically associated with Manufacturing Engineers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, leveraging prior experience and technical expertise to implement policies and strategies.
- Possess a thorough understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to effectively accomplish tasks. Understand how the work of your team integrates with other teams and contributes to the overall area.
- Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside of established parameters, with guidance. Utilize prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Access technical skills and analytical thinking to resolve problems, potentially using multiple internal sources outside of your team to make decisions.
- Likely to be an individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills or an early-stage people leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Capable of leading Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities as needed.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively and work to build consensus. Develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within your field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing experience and/or Process Engineering).
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing experience and/or Process Engineering experience
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Special Processes, such as welding and brazing.
- Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
- Understanding of Unison product development policies and procedures.
- Understanding of various Unison product families.
- Understanding of the overall NTI/NPI development process and relationship to the Unison tollgate process.
- Understanding of Unison bid and proposal opportunities process and general business processes.
