KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of R&D engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct research to generate intellectual property (IP) and contribute to patent applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for their applicability to current and future projects.
• Conduct technology assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate the transfer of technology from R&D to manufacturing or production teams.
• Identify and assess technical and project-related risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience guiding research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Master's background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields.
• Proven track record of technical guidance and project management.

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Physics).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture ethics.
