NES Fircroft have partnered with a global consultancy who are working on an international project and on the hint for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their Brisbane based team on a 12-month contract, leading and executing projects across mining and industrial sectors.

About the Role:

• Hands-on leadership (20% leadership, 80% execution) on projects involving crushers, conveyors, and industrial systems.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive technical excellence while mentoring and guiding project teams.

About You:

• Strong experience in electrical engineering within mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead while actively contributing to project execution.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
