Your role and responsibilities
Do you want to help shape the future of quality within Smart Power? We are looking for a passionate Quality Specialist who is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring sustainable operations. As a Quality Specialist, you will be the customer's voice within our local teams, providing valuable feedback to enhance the customer experience. Act as the product quality specialist for designated product areas within Smart Power. Ensure the quality level delivered to customers meets the highest standards and datasheet specifications. Be responsible for supplier quality and driving continuous quality improvements with our suppliers. Be accountable for manufacturing quality costs and driving continuous improvements and problem-solving. Lead quality investigations on issues. Be responsible for approving deviations for products and processes. Be the "voice of the customer" and "voice of quality" within our organization. Develop and implement quality standards to ensure consistent product quality. Act on customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications for the role
- Have several years of experience in quality work or as an engineer.
- Possess strong knowledge of drawings, circuit diagrams, quality methodologies and PPAP.
- Have knowledge in Lean 6 Sigma and preferably Green Belt certification.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold a Master of Science in engineering.
- Be knowledgeable in electronics and mechanics.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 or IRIS.
- Possess advanced problem-solving skills with a proven track record of solving complex quality issues.
- Have proficiency with quality management software and tools.
