We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Italy, reporting directly to our Industrial Plants Engineering Manager.

About the mission we offer you:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support to Project Manager in relationship with the Client or other external organizations for areas of competence
• Define the Scope of Work for projects, including conducting site visits to recover necessary technical documentation from plant archives and client offices
• Prepare requests for proposals for outsourced activities, align offers, and prepare the technical part of orders
• Coordinate engineering activities, ensuring project objectives are met
• Intercept and analyze modification requests/needs and support the formulation of claims towards the client
• Timely report issues that can affect the achievement of project objectives (delivery times, revenues, costs, compliance with requirements) and actively contribute to their resolution
• Ensure the verification of engineering deliverables before issuing to the client
• Conduct Design Reviews

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

• Qualifications: Master Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil)
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Great command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technical and Coordination experiences are considered a plus
• Nice to have:
  • Experience with natural gas projects (compression or storage plants)
  • Ability to schedule activities

Main skills:

• Knowledge of the phases of plant projects (engineering & permitting, procurement, construction & commissioning)
• Knowledge of the types of documents produced by different disciplines and the general contents of the key documents
• Proactivity: Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative to address them
• Adaptability: Shows flexibility and the ability to adjust to various contexts and situations seamlessly
• Practicality: Capable of quickly implementing plans and solutions with a hands-on approach
• Personal Organization: Maintains a high level of personal organization, contributing to overall order and efficiency
• Relational Savoir-Faire: Exhibits excellent relational savoir-faire, fostering positive relationships and effective communication
