Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey

• When automatically painting automobiles and other vehicles with paints used by customers, check the performance and quality of the painting machine, as the finish varies depending on the painting machine.

• When considering the issue of bi-oxidized carbon and VOCs, a better paint application efficiency will reduce VOC emissions and energy consumption, and the coating verification to support this performance.

• Confirm conditions that enable both coating efficiency and coating q uality, and pursue coating conditions that meet customer evaluation criteria.

• Check paint requirements before new car models and paint colors are introduced.

• Verify the performance and coating quality of the coating machine before installing a new coating machine.

• Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

• No educational background required

• person interested in pursuing a career in industry

• At least 2 years of painting experience

• Experience in automotive OEM and Tier 1

• Knowledge and understanding of automotive production processes .

• Knowledge of painting and coating

• 【 Japanese】 JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language .

• 【 English】 No allergy to English.

• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
