This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Takes a lead role to propose consulting services and solutions to meet the customer's needs.
• Actively participates in customer discussions; preparing technical proposals; techno-commercial negotiations; co-creation workshops with customers; technical guidance for the customer etc.
• Develops relationships and actively maintains a technical knowledge exchange with key technical contacts.
• Coaches and develops consultants to deliver assignments and provides technical guidance to colleagues.
• Applies standard processes and tools applicable to their own area of responsibility

Qualifications

• University graduates with no more than 2 years working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech
• A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
• Education in electrical engineering
