EngineeringNES Fircroft are delighted to be working with a market leading operator on an exciting LNG project.
The services holder is part of the H3SE team on construction site which interfaces with EPSCC Contractors to supervise, coordinate and advice the implementation of site H3SE management system during the EPSCC phase, in line with Exhibit L HSE Requirements and Project HSE Plan.
Missions of the job holder are to:
• Interface with site HSE teams of EPSCC contractors and subcontractors, Sohar Industrial Port Company (SIPC), local Omani Authorities for construction activities.
• Ensure that H3SE risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated to as low as reasonably practicable level. The job holder will document the assessment process, monitor, and liaise with EPSCC Contractors to implement prevention and/or mitigation measures. He supervises EPSCC Contractors to communicate H3SE risk assessment to relevant workers during construction phase.
• Ensure that EPSCC Contractors implement its H3SE management system based on the approved H3SE plans/procedures and contractual requirements in Exhibit L HSE requirements.
• The job holder ensures that EPSCC Contractors monitor H3SE performance indicators and report its status to Project and perform H3SE internal audits and inspection as per schedule.
• Actively contribute to deliver project on schedule and budget and meet the H3SE targets and objectives.
Requirements:
• Well experience in managing H3SE management system, supervising and interfacing with EPSCC Contractors to implement H3SE management system on-site. Having more than 7-year experience to enable providing guidance and recommendations to EPSCC Contractors.
• Having adequate experience to advice EPSCC Contractor to achieve H3SE key performance indicators
• Hands-on experience in coordinating and execution of H3SE Audits and Inspections and monitoring the close-out of findings.
• Experience in coordinating implementation of safety culture campaign and follow up with EPSCC Contractors.
• Well experienced in setting up H3SE training requirements for different functions within a project, medical fitness to work system, and medical infrastructure on construction site.
• Experience in coordinating emergency response trainings, drills and exercises.
• Experience in Oman or middle east areas is advantageous.
