In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establish efficient workflows to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Participate and/or lead high-impact automation projects related to Material Flow
  • Design and optimize material flow processes to establish efficient, controlled warehouse storage, delivery to production lines, receiving raw goods, and shipping finished goods.
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with other functional groups, customers, and vendors on technical and/or administrative matters
  • Use engineering processes, systems, and analytics to make business decisions
  • Work with operations, supply chain, planning and other engineering departments to develop site logistics and material storage plans.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Masters degree
  • Previous manufacturing and warehousing experience
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving processes
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems
  • Experience with automation technologies, such as autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, scan tunnels, automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Fluent English
