KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related tocomputer hardware, software, cameras, audio visual devices and other equipment
- Provide advanced technical support and expertise for ourcustomers in the Digitization, Modernization, Sustainability, andself-direction business unit
- Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of oursolutions
- Conduct training sessions for customer
- Stay updated with industry trends andadvancements, and provide recommendations for improvement .Provide detailedstatus updates to customer on all repairs/ system reports and any potentialissues that may affect system operation
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field serviceengineering, with a focus on ADVANCED troubleshooting computer hardware,software, cameras, and related equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in computerhardware, software, and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsincluding ability to proficiently use meters for troubleshooting electrical andcontrol issues
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technicalconcepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintainrelationships. Experiencewith third party BAS/ software integration.
