As a Test Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, improve test processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in testing methodologies, problem-solving, and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location.
In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of our products by ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

- Setup test benches and equipment
- Product Testing and Test Lab support
- Develop Test Procedures
- Product Integration
- Product Troubleshooting
- Product Verification and Validation
- Create Test Data Packages
- Customer Support
- Review/Interpret System Requirements
- Design Custom test processes and setups
- Perform environmental testing in support of Acceptance and Qualification Testing
- Assist Test Lead with team management

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 1 year of Engineering experience
- Due to export controls and ITAR products, candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
WE VALUE
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- On-site test lab support to allow hands on troubleshooting and interaction with test technicians
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience with testing Computer Electronics and Inertial Guidance Systems
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work with general purpose test equipment and environmental test equipment for Space rated products
