Are you a Site Engineer with experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling? Then this is the project for you! Come join our team for a 5-6 month project in Poland!

Function description

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead daily briefings with drilling crews, ensuring clarity on tasks and safety protocols.
• Supervise HDD operations to align with bore path design and site conditions.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and equipment performance to project managers.
• Ensure proper documentation of drilling parameters and as-built data
• Monitor fluid usage and compliance with environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support safe, efficient on-site operations

Requirements

For this job, you need to have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager with at least 2 years in trenchless construction (preferably Horizontal Directional Drilling);
• Expertise in micro tunnelling equipment (i.e., slurry systems, AVN equipment);
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic site conditions;
• Safety management certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
• High proficiency in English or/and Polish.
