The Role:

Assess equipment performance, support automation and advanced control integration, contribute to integrated production system modelling, and respond to external regulatory demands. The position requires strong knowledge of operations from subsurface to delivery, and a solid background in process safety, integrity management, and field optimisation. Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Your Tasks:

• Analyse existing facilities to identify and propose improvements, de-bottlenecking opportunities, and upgrades aimed at reducing operational costs and enhancing productivity, equipment efficiency, and process safety.
• Provide detailed process engineering calculations and support de-bottlenecking studies for surface installations, individual equipment, and complete production systems.
• Promote and support the implementation of advanced controls in highly automated facilities, aiming to optimise operating conditions for economic benefits while maintaining safety standards.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to develop integrated production system models spanning from reservoir to point of sale.
• Conduct technical studies and prepare detailed audits, reports, and memos.

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Engineering, Chemical or similar.
• A professional lead with deep expertise in their discipline and strong knowledge of principles, strategies, and operational methods within asset operations.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering and field optimization projects.
• Extensive experience in Field Management, including mature field operations, production technologies, facility engineering, oil & gas lifting, drilling, asset management, HSSE, and coordination with authorities and legal compliance.
• Experience and knowledge of best practices in Integrity management and Process Safety.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in English.
