- The Coatings Execution Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of integrity restoration programs onboard Erha FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) facility.
- This position is responsible for delivery of coatings program execution for structures, vessels and piping, oversight for quality assurance, and third-party contractor management.
- This role involves acting as the client rep onboard and managing multiple vendors to maximize productivity of crews; deliver high-quality integrity services; enforcing contract terms and business controls; ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and regulations; and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices.
- This role ensures the integrity and longevity of the facility's structures and equipment through effective maintenance strategies, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resource management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software
- In-depth knowledge of offshore integrity practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and senior management.
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience
- 10+ years' experience in fabric maintenance execution, integrity engineering or equivalent
- Experience in team management
- Supervisory role within brownfield coatings campaign
- Specialized qualification in coatings inspection and QAQC
