Job Title: QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

Location: Qatar (Site-Based)

Contract Term: Until September 2030

Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview:

Seeking a QA/QC Inspector with experience in civil construction projects for oil & gas or infrastructure. Responsible for conducting inspections, reviewing QA/QC documentation, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC procedures on-site and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct inspections, review test plans, and report inspection results.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers for inspections and quality activities.
• Perform material inspections and ensure documentation matches specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Support QA audits and reviews with Sr. QA/QC Engineer.
• Ensure use of calibrated testing equipment and valid certification records.
• Assist with documentation such as method statements, ITPs, and inspection reports.
• Witness civil and structural laboratory tests.
• Promote adherence to project safety and quality systems.

Requirements:

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree or diploma.
• 10+ years' QA/QC experience, 5 years in inspections.
• ISO 9001 audit certification.
• Familiar with IBC, QCS, ACI, AISC, ASTM.
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
