Job Title: Construction Supervisor (Civil)

Location: Qatar (Site-Based)

Contract Term: Until February 2027

Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview:

Seeking experienced Civil Construction Supervisor for high-rise and infrastructure projects. Candidate will oversee site activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, and coordinate with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor civil and structural site activities for compliance.
• Conduct inspections, review drawings, and enforce project safety plans.
• Coordinate between civil and other disciplines.
• Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Attend progress meetings and update weekly reports.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance to contractors and resolve routine site issues.
• Assist in accident investigations and close-out procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in civil/high-rise/infrastructure construction.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with international codes and standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in site reporting and documentation.
