Contexte de la mission :
- Ongoing RC Transformation project on the GrandPuits refinery in construction phase.
- Site contracts administration in an EPCm scheme context.
- General transversal coordination.

Activities :

• Preparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with Construction Contractors
• Manage the administration of the Construction Contracts, supervise the filing of the various Construction Contracts correspondence, prepare answers to any Construction Contractor's correspondence as requested by Contract Manager / Project Manager
• Analyze and check the contractual validity of all justifying documents provided by the Construction Contractors with their Variation Requests/Variation Proposals
• Negotiate Construction Contractors' requests for compensation, prepare claims defense strategies and settle claims
• Prepare amendments/Variations to the Construction Contracts for Contract Manager / Project Manager's approval
• Maintain and update a weekly Variations Log and Invoices Log for all Construction Contractors
• Notify Construction Contractors of any Default Letters or Liquidated Damages as instructed by the project management
• Review pro-forma invoices and validate issuance when payment milestones are reached
• Ensure proper archiving of all contract administration documents on the project SharePoint
• Support administrative and financial contract close-out

Profil recherché :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC/EPCm type contracts administration, including at least 5 years on onshore O&G industrial projects
• EPC contract professional
• Strong background in Claim Management and negotiation
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and transversal coordination skills
• Experience in refinery and chemical business context is a plus
