We are currently seeking an QHSE Engineer Junior reporting directly to QHSES Department Manager to join our team based in Italy.

About the mission we offer you:
You will be part of the team responsible of the Company's Management Systems (ISO9001 + RT21, ISO450001, ISO14001), involved in:
- internal auditing of engineering and construction management processes
- continuous improvement campaigns
- alignment with corporate QHSES policies
- mantaining Company's certifications (ISO9001 + RT21, ISO450001, ISO14001)
- risk assessment & JHA
- ensuring compliance with italian H&S applicable laws
- issuing & monitoring construction HSE plans according to italian laws
You will have also the opportunity to do business trips to attend to technical meetings with Clients or Suppliers, visit construction sites, move to other Technip Energies operating centers and join our colleagues overseas.
You will pursuit a growth path in both technical and soft skills that will place you among the professionals of international profile.

About you:
We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree with full marks in Engineering (all disciplines are suitable, provided passion for QHSE matter).
- Languages: Italian & English fluent, other languages are a plus
- Great command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Certification as Italian Professional Engineer is a plus
- Certification as CSE/CSP according to D.lgs 81/08 is a plus
- GIS knowledge is a plus
- BIM knowledge is a plus
Main Skills:
- No experience required; any construction site experience is a plus
- Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills with the availability to deal with various stakeholders (design team, construction management team, contractors, clients, authorities, etc...) under the supervision of senior colleagues
- Strong leadership to enforce Company's QHSE directives
- Basic knowledge of main professional software
- International experience is a plus
- High interest with respect to the current Energy Transition challenges and Digital Transformation process
- Full availability to national/international mobility for either short or long term assignment
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards and deliver exceptional results, even when managing a high workload and working under pressure.
