Function description

For future vacancies we are currently looking for an Electro-Technical Officer who is familiar with TSHD vessel specifics and job nuances and looking to take a next step in their career within big dredging sector companies.

As an ETO onboard TSHD vessels your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, including generators and power distribution.
• Managing automated systems like engine controls and safety alarms.
• Ensuring proper functioning of communication and navigation equipment
• Overseeing fire detection, emergency power, and other critical safety systems.
• Supporting engineers with electrical components of propulsion and auxiliary machinery.

Requirements

What will you bring?

• Extensive experience as Ships Electrician on board TSHD vessels
• Up to date STCW certificates for the position
• Seaman's book
• Seafarer Medical MLC certificate
• Dutch CoC
• Fluent English in writing and word skills
