This Position reports to:
IS Dep Manager-Ops Technology&Business

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• In the scope of this position is the accountability of management of OT Security Posture across ABB. This includes coordinating the collection and processing of information using the PowerApp tools.
• In the scope of this position is co-development of policies and standards, reference architectures, OT specific security guidance, OT specific awareness and training content.
• In the scope of this position is the maintaining and further development of our long-term strategic roadmap.
• The position holder is also expected to provide guidance and advise on security requirements across factories as and when required.
• Creates and maintains good working relationship with Factory colleagues who will be engaged periodically for managing up-to-date risk profile across all locations
• Participates in Business Area and division OT security forums as a thought leader whenever necessary.
• Responsible for the security posture of ABB OT networks and assets in support of our business operations facilities, OT security services to OT network security, operations, and awareness.
• Seeks to provide guidance and build security during the development stages of OT systems and networks

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences
• 10+ years' experience in OT security
• 15+ years' overall experience in IT security
• Certifications required- ITIL V4 Foundation
• Preferred certification- CISSP, GICSP, IEC62443 related certifications
