Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation and execution of intricate maintenance tasks related to ICSS and HIPS, including testing activities and reporting outcomes.
• Ensure all site maintenance is carried out efficiently, meeting quality standards and adhering to the established schedule.
• Lead efforts to maintain safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency in all ICSS-related activities.
• Offer expert-level technical advice and support to field teams concerning ICSS systems to promote safety and operational continuity.
• Contribute to the upholding of safety protocols during the testing and verification of high-integrity safety systems.
• Support planning and coordination of scheduled ICSS maintenance activities, ensuring readiness of materials, procedures, and resources.
• Maintain rigorous control over maintenance interventions to meet company and regulatory safety and performance standards.
• Assess contractor performance for ICSS tasks and participate in audits or evaluations as needed.
• Manage documentation and reporting related to maintenance interventions and outcomes.
Required Experience
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation engineering or maintenance.
• Prior work in the petrochemical or oil and gas sectors in a comparable capacity.
• Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for safety systems, functional integrity, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary collaboration across electrical and instrumentation domains.
• Proficiency with standard office applications (e.g., Excel) and experience with maintenance management systems (such as SAP or UNISOL) preferred.
