Project Interface Engineer

We are currently seeking a Project/Interface Engineer to join a leading energy infrastructure project in Oman.
This role is offered on a residential basis in Sohar, with family status available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage engineering, construction, and commissioning interfaces for the Sohar Package.
Ensure timely resolution of interface issues to avoid delays at both package and project levels.
Work closely with the Interface Coordinator and Package Managers to anticipate and execute interface activities.
Facilitate effective collaboration between stakeholders and uphold project governance and HSE standards. Participate in project reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and sustainability objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years in a similar interface role.
Proficient in interface management tools and Microsoft Office;
familiarity with eRoom/PIMS is an asset.
Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
