Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate with relevant departments to optimize and service ESP equipment
- Perform testing on new & customer owned ESP equipment
- Safely operate & perform inspection on forklifts
- Communicate failures in the shop and field to the appropriate departments
- Create and complete inbounds, shippers and field service reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Comply with all NOV Company & HSE policies
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment is operating in accordance with manufacturing specifications
- Lead all shop personnel in the absence of the shop lead
- Work with the field service group and the sales team to ensure that the proper equipment is being sent to location and installed properly
Education & Experience Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ESP experience preferred
Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Be able to work outside in the elements
- Must be able to pass a drug screening & background check

- Be a team member and work efficiently
Technical Competencies
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and NOV platforms
