JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data on system performance, failure rates, and maintenance practices.

• Utilize statistical tools to predict reliability and identify areas for improvement.

Design and Development:

• Work with design and engineering teams to integrate reliability into product design.

• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify

potential failure points.

Testing and Validation:

• Develop and oversee testing protocols to evaluate product reliability under various

conditions.

• Validate reliability predictions with actual performance data.

Process Improvement:

• Recommend design changes or process improvements to enhance reliability.

• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of reliability metrics and analyses.

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to

stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and

supply chain.

• Provide training and support to team members on reliability concepts and tools.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure products and processes meet relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Stay updated on new reliability engineering techniques and technologies.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sales with technical expertise

• Design Artificial list systems for Sales staff

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

• Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related area.

• Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software.
