JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Handle shipyard feedback and investigation on field failure issues.
  2. Furnish and co-ordinate manpower & resources to attend to urgent & major issues due to product quality or installation issues at site.
  3. Guide and assist Field Service engineers/service partners on their site assignments or repair works.
  4. Prepare training Material take off (MTO) & installation manuals according to specification. Generate labor hour estimates to attend the repairs, modifications, survey, training & supervision.
  5. Attend meeting and discussion with customer and agents on site issues.
  6. Work independently and deliver results within deadline.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Piping Knowledge - Design, Practical & specifications
  2. Engineering construction exposure in Oil & Gas or Marine; Refinery & Petro-Chemical Industries.
  3. Project Management / Planning Knowledge
  4. Resourceful, problem solving, good communication skill.
