As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, youwill be responsible for leading new product development and sustainingprojects in the Supra and Onity product line for the Building Automation (BA)group. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring thesuccessful development and delivery of high-quality products, and contributingto the growth and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you'llwork out of our Salem, Oregon location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role,you will have a significant impact on the development and enhancement of ourSupra and Onity product line, ensuring that our products meet the needs of ourcustomers and align with industry standards. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, todrive project success and deliver products on time and within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead new product development andsustaining projects in the Supra and Onity product line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure successful project execution
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement inproduct development processes
• Ensure products meet customer needs andindustry standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, issues,and resources
• Provide technical leadership and guidance toproject team members

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from anaccredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences,technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of engineeringexperience in New Product Development within a global organization includingleading at least two software/hardware products into high volume manufacturing
• Ability to work in ambiguity andnavigate through complex and uncertain situations
• Strong project management,communication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills
• Servant leadership approach
WE VALUE
Advanced engineering degree in a relevant field
Experience in the building automation industry and knowledge of industry standards and regulation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desired
Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
