For the site in Gilching (München) we are looking for you as System Engineer (m/f/d) - HVAC Systems Requirements Management

These challenges await you:

• Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical requirements for air conditioning systems
• Responsibility for holistic requirements management in the development process
• Application and support of development according to the V-Model
• Analysis and evaluation of technical system requirements in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support in system architecture and integration
• Close collaboration with development, project management, and quality assurance
• Ensuring consistent, traceable, and standard-compliant documentation

You inspire us with that:

• Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of the operation and design of air conditioning systems from an air conditioning, electrical and functional perspective
• Several years of professional experience in the field of air conditioning or thermal systems is an advantage
• Expertise in requirements engineering and experience with common tools
• Experience with development processes according to the V-Model is desirable
• Structured and analytical thinking as well as a solution-oriented approach Working Practice
• Teamwork skills, reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
