Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey

  • You will be a service engineer for the approximately 1,200 quick chargers for electric vehicles installed throughout Japan.


  • You will perform trial run adjustments for quick chargers, annual inspections, and repairs in the event of a breakdown.


  • Your clients will be the R&D facilities and dealers of automobile manufacturers, and charging infrastructure installation companies.


  • Chargers will be installed in a wide range of locations, including R&D facilities and dealerships of automobile manufacturers, highways, and convenience stores.


  • You will provide education and training to around 100 third-party engineers nationwide.


  • Your service area will cover the entire country of Japan.


  • Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.


What i t t akes to R un w hat r uns the w orld

  • Graduate from a technical college or higher (electrical engineering)


  • Knowledge and experience in electrical engineering (understanding of hardware configuration and part replacement)


  • 3+ years of experience in servicing and selling electrical equipment


  • Understanding software control and ability to use specialized tools


  • Standard office application skills


  • └ Word: Estimate creation, work procedure creation


  • └ Excel: Functions, data management, analysis


  • └ PowerPoint: Service materials, training materials, presentations for both internal and external use


  • 【Japanese 】JLPT N1 level or above


  • 【 English 】 Able to read, write and speak


  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
