ISBL Superintendent
Location: Sohar, Oman
TotalEnergies E&P Oman Development B.V. is seeking an experienced ISBL Superintendent to join the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project in Sohar, Oman. This is a residential position, and a comprehensive family relocation package is available for candidates moving with their families.

About the Project: The MARSA LNG Bunkering Project is a pioneering development that will establish Oman’s first mid-scale LNG plant dedicated to marine fuel supply. Located in Sohar's economic free zone, the plant will feature an LNG train with 1 MTPA capacity, associated storage, utilities, and a dedicated marine jetty. This strategic project represents TotalEnergies’ first LNG bunkering operation in Oman and will serve as a key regional hub for cleaner maritime energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Construction Manager in managing all construction activities related to the ISBL scope of the project.
• Supervise and coordinate construction work across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Participate in planning, interface coordination, and contractor management.
• Contribute to progress monitoring, issue resolution, and milestone delivery.
• Support the handover process from construction to commissioning.

Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree with 10 years’ experience in oil & gas construction, including complex ISBL scopes.
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong HSE leadership and proactive risk management approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and collaborative teams.
