Now Hiring: Generator Field Technician
Location: Based near Brookfield WI or Milwaukee area

We are hiring a Field Technician with a strong mechanical background and at least 2 years of experience working with diesel, natural gas, LPG, or gasoline-powered generators or industrial engines. This position is located near the Brookfield or Milwaukee area and will involve travel to customer sites throughout the region.

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain generator and industrial engine systems on-site for customers
• Complete both scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls
• Collaborate with our Lead Engine Technician when additional support is needed
• Document service visits and submit reports daily using your company-issued phone, tablet, and laptop
• Provide a great customer experience while identifying potential future service needs
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

What You Should Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience working with generators or industrial engines
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for diagnostics and service documentation
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must live within a commutable distance of Brookfield or Milwaukee
• Your own basic tools (we will provide a recommended tool list)

You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, tablet, and laptop to help you succeed in the field
