The role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planning and Reporting Engineer to join our UAE Business Unit.

This Project aims to support the reduction of the current flaring at the Asset. This is a fast-track project and has schedule-oriented construction activities.

To Reduce Flaring at the Asset, the associated gas from CPF-1 will be primarily utilized. This involves treating gas from CPF-1 first stage and test separators at the early gas production facility and injecting it into the commercial gas network.

Additionally, condensate will be sent to CPF-1 for secondary utilization.

The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.

Key Objectives

• Develop and update the Project Integrated schedule including milestones, deadlines, and key dates.
• Via PRODOM, review and analysis of Contractors' schedules and all related documents (including planning and progress measurement procedures).
• Calculation and monitoring of the progress for each Contractor/Sub-Contractor involved in project.
• In collaboration with the PCM and Project Manager, anticipate and identify potential Delay, proposed mitigations and / or accelarations.
• Anticipate of potential delays, analyze and propose corrective actions / acceleration to ensure compliance with the baseline schedule.
• Compile and finalize different reports for the project Management.
• Ensure proper integration of the Project within the overall planning, in particular at the level of the interfaces.
• Review and validate the progress for each Contractor, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-Up)
• Participate to the reporting of the project (weekly/monthly)
• Ensure that proposed technical solutions are adapted and feasible in terms of planning (productivity and POB).
• Work with Contractors to establish all plannings.
• Ensure good communication with the other Projects and Affiliate entities. Work in close collaboration with the Operations Division in order to minimize stoppages of production facilities and minimize "Lack of Production".

QUALIFICATIONS

Expected:

• Degree in relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in oil and gas logistics
• Experience in MiddleEast
