This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

The key objective for this role:
- This role will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for a specific project. The change management engineer will play a key role in ensuring user adoption, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Developing annual HSE improvement plans in line with Company and Client strategic and business unit objectives
- Managing the project HSE interface requirements; ensuring compliance with all existing interface documents and in the development of future plans
- Ensuring the requirements stipulated in HSE interface documents/plans are communicated to all relevant personnel
- Managing HSE incident investigations and undertaking the appropriate reporting requirements
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits
- Communicating the important messages from incidents and accidents as a part of the Lessonslearned process to all relevant parties
- Promoting and communicating lessons learned from within their own project; reporting deficiencies within project and corporate functions and recording all reportable issues within HSE systems
- Ensuring the project emergency response arrangements are in place and are communicated to all personnel; ensuring that project requirements align with Client requirements if these take precedence
- Liaising with and building relationship with Client HSE Reps and offshore/site Safety Reps as required
- Managing attendance and participation at project HSE meetings, workshops and forums
- Maintaining a system for monitoring HSE performance
- Developing an offshore/site HSE visit programme for both self and for project/contract management and for Corporate HSE management
- Promoting workforce involvement in all HSE activities, initiatives and programmes

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.
- 10 yrs + experience in HSE.
- A solid understanding of organizational change
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to engage with senior leadership
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often averse to change
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to facilitate workshops, documenting the future state business processes and change impacts
Personal attributes:
- Effective 2-way communicator, comfortable with presentation of HSE presentations and programmes, able to build strong working relationships with peer
- Comfortable in both Client and other 3rd party environments; able to build exemplary working relationship with Client and other Stakeholders
