This Position reports to:
Group Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Support in the design, specification, and documentation of automation systems
• Support in creating functional descriptions and programming software applications
• Support in hardware design for implementing automation systems
• Active participation within the entire project team
• Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with ABB and end customer requirements

Qualifications for the role:

• At least a secondary education in electrical engineering
• Decree No. 50/1978 Coll. (minimum §5) or the possibility to obtain this qualification after completing studies
• Interest in the field of automation (PLC, drives, control systems, system design)
• Communicative knowledge of English (communication with customers and colleagues - by phone and email) - at least B1 level
• Ability to work in an international team
• Ability to work independently
