Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to deploy training programs, coordinate audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance at our Chassieu site. Responsibilities: Training and Continuous Improvement: Deploy HSE training programs, audits, and performance improvement initiatives at the site. Reporting: Prepare reports on the progress of sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regulatory Monitoring: Assess emerging trends and legislation in HSE, communicate relevant information, and lead compliance action plans. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement through training and skill development initiatives, and support site managers. Coordination and Audit: Coordinate HSE performance reports and support the implementation of the group's audit program. HSE Projects: Contribute to and execute projects related to health, safety, and environmental performance. HSE Strategy: Lead and support the site's HSE strategy in alignment with the group's strategy and local requirements, and participate in the division's HSE networks.

Qualifications for the role
- Education: Master's degree / engineering school in HSE / industrial and environmental risk management.
- Experience: At least 2 years in an industrial environment, mass production.
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Operational English.
