Job Objectives

The Shift Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operations during their shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor and control plant operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Report and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Supervise and monitor plant operations during the shift
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Prepare and submit shift reports

Expected:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in plant operations or a similar role
• Knowledge of plant safety and regulatory requirements
• Experience with control systems and monitoring equipment
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
