We are looking for an Electrical Instrumentation Leader for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Sohar, Oman

Start Date: Early October 2025

Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Service Status: Resident (5 days per week)

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Engineer Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required)
• Professional Experience: Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context
• Experience in similar position (years): +15 years' experience in instrumentation, metering and systems (PLC, ICSS, Safety control systems) and 8 years in field operations.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory operational position.
• Experience in project is a plus. Experienced in resource control, contract management and general management.

Service Purpose:

• We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Lead to join our dynamic team for LNG Bunkering project, which is a part of the COMPANY transition energetic strategy.
• In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Electrical, Instrumentation, ICSS and Metering activities to ensure the plant's optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
• The job holder is a part of the company Maintenance & Inspection team and will report directly to the Maintenance and Inspection Manager.
• They shall technically lead the Electrical and Instrumentation/Control system disciplines for the facilities ensuring that the operational maintenance activities developed are technically accurate and can be executed in a safe and efficient manner in the production phase.
• They shall ensure that all resources (trained personnel, procedures, tools, equipment) are in place to minimize operational risk on production start-up.
