Responsible for the regular verification and calibration of the company's measuring equipment to ensure the effectiveness of the company's measuring equipment and compliance with national laws and regulations and Emerson's relevant requirements. Develop the company's verification/calibration plan and complete the relevant verification and calibration on time.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be/ 工作职责描述:

1. 依据公司内计量器具检定/校准周期等整体情况，制定检定/校准计划，确保按时完成相关检定/校准任务，满足使用部门需求。
2. 按照计量程序对公司内部分压力/电/扭矩等计量器具进行内部校准，与各相关部门协调校准安排，确保按时完成相关校准，满足使用部门需求。
3. 组织协调需委外进行检定/校准的计量器具，确保及时安排送检，并监控检定/校准进度, 完成检定/校准后及时取回计量器具，以满足使用部门需求。
4. 依据计量程序出具内部计量校准报告；初审外部计量检定/校准报告。
5. 维护计量数据库信息的准确性和完整性。
6. 对于需送至国外进行校准的计量器具，负责相关进出口流程的提交及实施。
7. 定期进行计量相关的费用结算。
8. 负责计量室标准器、设备及工具的维护和日常管理。
9. 支持计量管理程序、计量校准程序、计量标准器技术文件的制定、更新及培训，及计量管理流程的改进。
10. 支持计量器具使用部门关于计量超差、计量器具红灯等的分析及解决，及压力控制器(Mensor)的维修。
11. 公司及部门根据业务需要安排的其它工作。

1.According to the overall situation of the verification/calibration cycle of measuring instruments in the company, formulate verification/calibration plans to ensure that relevant verification/calibration tasks are completed on time to meet the needs of the user departments.
2.According to the metrology procedures, internal calibration of some pressure/electricity/torque and other measuring instruments in the company is carried out, and calibration arrangements are coordinated with relevant departments to ensure that relevant calibrations are completed on time to meet the needs of the user departments.
3.Organize and coordinate the measuring instruments that need to be outsourced for verification/calibration, ensure timely arrangement for inspection, and monitor the progress of verification/calibration, and retrieve the measuring instruments in time after verification/calibration is completed to meet the needs of the user departments.
4.Issue internal metrology calibration reports according to metrology procedures; preliminarily review external metrology verification/calibration reports.
5.Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the information in the metrology database.
6.For measuring instruments that need to be sent abroad for calibration, be responsible for the submission and implementation of relevant import and export processes.
7.Regularly settle metrology-related expenses.
8.Responsible for the maintenance and daily management of the standards, equipment and tools in the metrology room.
9.Support the formulation, update and training of metrology management procedures, metrology calibration procedures, metrology standard instrument technical documents, and improvement of metrology management processes.
10.Support the analysis and resolution of metrology tolerance, metrology red light, etc. of the metrology instrument user department, and the maintenance of pressure controllers (Mensor).
11.Other work arranged by the company and departments according to business needs.

In This Role, You Will Need/ 任职要求:

• 大专或以上学历，主修工程专业
• 有计量学相关经验
• 熟练使用 Outlook，Excel、Word等办公软件
• 良好的英文读写能力
• 优秀的团队合作及解决问题的能力
• 有注册计量师或计量操作证书优先
• 了解压力设备或仪表原理，有相关物理知识者优先
