We are looking for a Head of Flow Assurance for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 1 July 2025

Contract Duration: 36 Months

Location: Doha Qatar

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as Flow Assurance Engineer in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

Technical and Business Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
• Good knowledge of Process, piping, pipeline design

Activities:

• Ensure that the Contractor's Flow Assurance studies for Topsides & Pipelines Engineering designs comply with the Contract requirements, including project codes and standards.
• Review and approve Contractor/Sub Contractor Flow Assurance engineering deliverables, including Pipeline Operating Manuals.
• Plan and schedule the Flow Assurance engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with QatarEnergy LNG operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
• Review and provide input for key Topside & Pipeline documentation associated with Topside & Pipeline Commissioning and start-up.
• Participate in key design workshop and ensure that recommendation are correctly implemented and actions closed (Lessons Learned, Value Engineering, HAZIDs, etc.).
• Supports NFE Offshore Engineering Manager in monitoring the contractor's progress on delivery of the required Flow Assurance documents for Topsides and Pipeline disciplines.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respective disciplines involved in delivery of the Pipelines, and ensures endorsement of Technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
• Supervises and manage Engineering interface for flow assurance for Topsides, Pipelines,Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) with the following teams: Operations, the pipelines from the topside's perspective, the Onshore Project Team.
