We are looking for a Procurement Segment Leader for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 18 August 2025

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: 64000 Pau, France (Possible missions to Europe 3 times per year

Activities:

• Maintaining business, technology and competitive intelligence
• Proposal of new suppliers and follow-up of the current supplier panel (including monitoring of supplier risks)
• Challenge" prescribers in terms of needs and specifications in order to globalize needs

Procurement Management

• Conduct of all stages of the purchasing process in compliance with TotalEnergies' purchasing policies, code of ethics and code of conduct
• Participation in the drafting of pre-consultation and tender files on high-stakes topics
• Management of the drafting of pre-consultation and tender files on subjects of limited stakes (turnover, scope,...)
• Negotiation of Contracts or Spot Orders
• Drafting of contracts in compliance with procedures and operating rules

Deployment and operational monitoring of framework contracts at operational sites

• Monitoring of the contract and order portfolio, assistance to operational staff in contract management
• Verification of the proper application of the framework contracts negotiated by the procurement category
• Assistance to operational staff in any disputes related to the legal, insurance and finance departments
• Monitoring and improvement of purchasing performance
• Monitoring of the purchasing portfolio (compliance of use,...) and performance indicators

Tracking the performance of suppliers in the category

• Preparation of supplier performance reviews and participation in their evaluation
• Information and follow-up of suppliers and prescribers on the subcontracting, safety, quality and environment policy
• Follow-up on the identification of the necessary information
