JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, distribute, and audit global engineering specifications across all manufacturing sites.
• Prepare and deliver complete engineering packages, including drawings and documentation for production.
• Support manufacturing by defining product acceptance criteria, approving Work Orders, and resolving Discrepancy Reports.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering software tools for internal and external use.
• Provide technical support to internal teams such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and R&D, as well as to external customers, in alignment with NOV Grant Prideco's goals.

Qualification

• Employee shall have at least a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• While prior experience isn't mandatory, familiarity with the industry would be an advantage.

Skills

• CAD software (i.e., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
• Employee should have some understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Basic understanding of computer programming is a plus but not required
• Employee should have excellent communication skills to interact with manufacturing, internal/external customers and management.
• Employee should be willing to travel on short trips to support internal/external customers domestic and international.
