Junior Civil Technologist

Your role within the team:

As a member of the Newfoundland office's civil/municipal infrastructure team, you will :

• Participate in the design and production of plans and profiles using Civil 3D software.
• Calculate quantities and prepare project cost estimates.
• Dimension municipal networks.
• Collaborate with the surveying team for the layout of land surveys.
• Ensure plans comply with current standards, codes and regulations.
• Perform residential inspection of construction projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D is an asset.
• Previous engineering/construction experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
