What We're Looking For

Are you a qualified Heating Engineer who takes pride in delivering top-quality work and outstanding service? Then you might be just who we're looking for.

To thrive in this role, you'll:

• Bring technical expertise across heating, plumbing, and mechanical services
• Be proactive and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to work
• Work confidently on your own or as part of a team
• Strive to do your best every day, for every customer and every home

Key Skills & Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• System design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repairs on domestic heating systems and appliances
• Electrical testing and diagnostics
• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and heating systems maintenance

You should hold relevant technical qualifications, including:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (6129, 6089 or equivalent)
• ACS Gas Safe certifications such as:
  
  • CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
  • CEN1 - Central Heating/Hot Water Boilers (<70kW)
  • CPA1 - Combustion Performance Analysis
  • WAT1 - Water Heaters
  • CKR1 - Cookers and Hobs
  • HTR1 - Fires

If you're newly qualified or have a couple of years' hands-on experience and a passion to grow, we still want to hear from you!

What You'll Need

• A full UK manual driving licence
• Willingness to take part in an on-call rota for out-of-hours cover
• Ability to use mobile devices (tablets/smartphones) and confidently navigate email and job systems
• An enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this)
• The right to work in the UK
• Original copies of your qualifications

You should also have a clear understanding of the risks and vulnerabilities our customers may face, and be someone who can work with empathy and respect at all times.
