Job Opportunity: SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER – Qatar (Oil & Gas)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry
• Skills Needed:
• DCS, PLCs, ESD/F&G Systems
• Anti-Surge Control, Metering Systems
• Turbine/Compressor Control
• Strong knowledge of SIL (Safety Integrity Level)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support design reviews, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
2. Help implement monitoring programs for critical systems to ensure reliability and cybersecurity.
3. Contribute to safety and integrity programs for instrumentation and F&G systems.
4. Provide expert advice to other teams and departments.
5. Supervise contractors and service providers.
6. Mentor junior engineers.
7. Ensure smooth integration of new projects.
8. Track and resolve technical issues, especially those involving new technologies.
9. Support complex commissioning activities and optimize system performance.
